Product Review: Ciate Mattnificent Matte topcoat

Don't we all just love matte nail polishes? I totally love them. But finding matte nail polishes can be such a pain right? Sometimes u wish that the matte nail polish were creme finish and visa versa. So now we have this amazing product that can turn your regular nail polish into matte. How cool is that right? I mean you can wear the nail polish like a regular one, or just add this top coat and turn it into a matte one.

Double your wardrobe of nail colour in an instant. With the invention of Mattnificent now any shade can be mattified. Simply paint your newly shaped nails with your any colour and allow it to dry. Now apply one slick of Ciaté Mattnificent over the top and watch in wonder as your once glossy nails become matte in seconds!

Ingredients:
Ethyl Acetate, Butyl Acetate, Nitrocellulose, Adipic Acid/Neopentyl Glycol/Trimellitic Anhydride Copolymer, Acetyl Tributyl Citrate, Isopropyl Alcohol, Silica, Acrylates Copolymer, Stearalkonium Bentonite, Benzophenone-3, N-Butyl Alcohol, Trimethylpentanediyl Dibenzoate, Polyvinyl Butyral, Alumina, Violet 2 (CI 60725)





What it really does?

This was before i applied ciate matte top coat.

So about this product, I used this top coat on my opi painted nails and in a matter of few seconds it transformed this creme nail polish into a perfect matte. I love the fact that it just takes a matter of few seconds to give a matte finish. But it takes a while to dry.
P.S. You have to wait for the nail polish to dry completely before you apply the top coat.

What i really like about this product:

1. It does give a velvet matte finish on any nail polish.
2. The long handle provides you the best strokes every time.
3. The packing is sooooo cute i wish they had that bow like all the other nail polishes.

What i did not like

1. Price. I mean its not extraordinary to pay sooo much and no bow too:(
2. It chips after 2-3 days.
3. Does not even dry fast :(

Recommendation:

Good one but not great!
